Brighten things up with this Thai-inspired coconut cream based red and yellow hybrid curry. Infused with fresh turmeric, all of the usual aromatic suspects and an added kick from fermented red Thai chillies, with a melange of seasonal organic vegetables.

A mild coconut cream based fusion curry, featuring Thai aromatics and spices more commonly found in east Indian curries. The best of both worlds with plenty of roasted vegetables.

A mild tomato based curry with roasted potatoes, carrots and peppers featuring a blend of spices including cumin, coriander, turmeric, cardamon, the finest Spanish saffron, curry leaves, finished with a splash of coconut cream.

A spicy and slightly sour, fire roasted tomato based curry with Kashmiri chillies and a special blend of spices from Indian and Sri Lanka with marinated, roasted chicken thighs.
